Students across the U.S. are participating at State TFC Competition during the months of March and April, with the opportunity for winners to advance to the National Competition to be held at First Baptist Church in Elyria, Ohio, during the 2009 GARBC Conference. National open (non-scholarship) competition takes place on Wednesday, June 24, for both group and individual open competitors. National scholarship competition follows on Thursday, June 25. For youth groups who would like to compete at the national open competition but their state did not offer group competition, their group can still compete at nationals.
