As guests arrive for the GARBC Annual Conference in Ankeny, many are bringing sacks of canned goods and baby supplies to replenish Iowa food pantries and supporting organizations. One such group has requested canned protein meals such as tuna, beef stew, chunky soups, and chili with meat. All donations may be dropped off at the Baptist Builders Club booth.
The Baptist Builders Club is receiving donations for its Emergency Fund, a quick response fund that provides emergency money to churches damaged or destroyed by natural disasters such as the recent tornados and floods in the Midwest.
